Here are a few things to do to prepare for an upcoming WDO inspection. Make sure large items like furniture and cabinets are moved about 12” away from walls. Move appliances aprox. 6” away from walls; any plumbing access panels are removed or removable; all doors interior and exterior are accessible; crawl space accessible; gates around home are unlocked.

The average termite/dryrot inspection takes approximetly 20 to 45 minutes for a thorough inspection, depending on the size and conditions of the home and property.

A termite/dryrot inspection is a visual inspection of the accessible areas of a home/structure for evidence of wood destroying insects and organisms. Our inspectors will visually inspect the entire interior including crawlspace and basements and exterior of the home. After the inspection is performed, details of the inspection are reported on a NPMA-33 WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) Report.

Reports are emailed within 24 hours upon completion of inspection and reciept of payment.
